What DoubleU Casino registration sets up for you
For players looking at DoubleU in Australia, registration is the starting point for using the brand's free-to-play service. You can create one player account and use it to access the social casino experience, where the games use virtual currency rather than real-money wagering.
Article contents
The platform is free to play, with no payments or subscriptions required. That makes the sign-up process different from opening a cash betting account: you are creating a profile for amusement and play with virtual chips.
- Choose Facebook, Google, Apple or email/password for registration.
- Use one account only, as multiple accounts are prohibited.
- If you choose email registration, prepare an email address and a password of at least 6 characters.
- Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when using the email sign-up route.
- Check the age and guardian requirements before you submit your details.
Choose Facebook, Google, Apple or email/password
You have four registration routes to choose from: Facebook, Google, Apple, or an email address and password. The first three use the relevant account option, while the email route asks you to enter your details directly and confirm the required agreements.
Pick the method that you will be able to use consistently. In particular, the email address matters because DoubleU Casino sends a verification code to the registered email address when a password reset is requested.
| Method | What to prepare | Important point |
|---|---|---|
| Your Facebook account | Use the Facebook option during registration | |
| Your Google account | Use the Google option during registration | |
| Apple | Your Apple account | Use the Apple option during registration |
| Email/password | Email address, password and password confirmation | The password must contain at least 6 characters and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy must be accepted |
There is no need to create several profiles for different sign-up methods. The account rule is one account per user, so choose one route and keep your registration details connected to that account.
Email registration: the fields to complete
Email registration is straightforward, but each field has a job. Enter the email address you want connected to the account, create a password with at least 6 characters, type the password again for confirmation, then agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
| Field | Requirement | How to handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | A registered email address | Use an address you can access for account communication |
| Password | Minimum 6 characters | Enter a password that meets the minimum length |
| Confirm password | Repeat the password | Make sure both password entries match |
| Terms and Privacy | Agreement required | Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy |
- Select email/password
Choose the email registration option rather than Facebook, Google or Apple.
- Enter your email address
Type the address you want associated with your DoubleU Casino account.
- Create and confirm your password
Enter a password of at least 6 characters, then type it again in the confirmation field.
- Accept the required policies
Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as part of the email registration process.
That is the full set of email sign-up details supplied for registration. Take a moment to check the spelling of your email address and the matching password fields before completing the form. A small typo can make later account recovery less convenient.

Age and guardian rules for new users
The minimum age to use the service is 13 years old. Users aged 13 to 21 must have legal guardian review and agreement to the Terms of Service.
There is also an important distinction in the service terms: DoubleU Casino is intended for amusement purposes for people who are 21 or older. Read the age wording carefully and make sure the account is used in line with the applicable requirement for the user's age group.
- Under 13: the service cannot be used.
- Aged 13 to 21: legal guardian review and agreement to the Terms of Service are required.
- Aged 21 or older: the service is intended for amusement purposes.
These rules apply to using the service, not just to choosing a particular game. Registration should be completed only when the age condition and any required guardian agreement have been dealt with.
One account, approved transfers and permitted use
DoubleU Casino allows one account per user. Creating multiple identities or accounts is prohibited, so registering again with another email address or another sign-up option is not part of the account terms.
An account also cannot be rented, sold, traded or transferred without written permission from DoubleUGames. If an account transfer is ever relevant, written permission must be obtained before making that change.
The service also prohibits automation software, bots, macro programs and bonus collector programs. The named examples include Smart Bonus Collector, SmartGamesBonusesCollector and fbcollectbonuses.
| Area | Rule | What it means for registration |
|---|---|---|
| Number of accounts | One account per user | Use one profile rather than creating multiple identities |
| Account ownership | Rental, sale, trade or transfer requires written permission | Do not pass the account to someone else without permission |
| Automation | Bots, macros and bonus collector programs are prohibited | Use the service without these automated tools |
Use of prohibited automation may result in account suspension or termination. Keeping registration simple and using the account as intended is the sensible approach.
Terms, privacy and cookies at sign-up
Email registration includes agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These documents set out the conditions for using the service and how information is handled, so they are part of the account setup rather than an optional extra.
DoubleU Casino also publishes a CCPA compliance policy. Cookies are used, and consent is required. Together, these published policies give you the main information to consider before completing registration.
- Read the Terms of Service before agreeing.
- Review the Privacy Policy alongside the email registration form.
- Note that the CCPA compliance policy is published.
- Give the required consent for cookies.
- Keep the registered email address available for password-reset verification.
You do not need to treat the policy step as a box-ticking exercise. It is where the account rules, privacy information and cookie consent fit into the registration process. A careful read can also help you remember the one-account condition and the restrictions on account transfers and automated tools.
What your new account is for after registration
After registration, the account is used for DoubleU Casino's free-to-play social casino service. The platform offers daily free chip giveaways through the DUC Freebies system, regular chip giveaways and other entertainment features, but the account uses virtual currency rather than real-money wagering.
The service also provides Help Center support and publishes Responsible Gameplay resources. Those resources are useful context for anyone deciding how the amusement-based service fits into their routine.
Keep your registration details consistent with the account rules from the beginning. One user, one account, an approved method of registration and agreement to the required policies give you a clear starting point.
Start with the registration method you already use
Facebook, Google, Apple and email/password are available options. Pick one route, follow its required fields and keep the account to a single profile.
